We filet, dry cure & alder smoke then de-bone & vacuum seal.
Traditional: $2.00 lb.
Flavors: Cajun, lemon pepper, garlic & dill $2.25 lb.
Plus Salmon Strips $3.00 lb.
Game Requirements
• 15 lb. Minimum
• De-boned please!
We make jerky, pepperoni & pepperstix, summer sausage, and salami.
