  We want to take a moment to express our thanks to you for your interest in Seabolt’s Smokehouse and our products and for the opportunity to quickly convey some information about our history and the products we are so proud to offer you, our customers.

  Seabolt’s Smokehouse was established in 1978 by James and Keren Seabolt. Through the years the Seabolt family worked diligently to build a company with quality being the primary goal. They utilized their own secret recipes as well as recipes from friends and relatives and only admitted "wild" salmon and the freshest ingredients into each product. Hence, creating products that stand alone in excellence and originality.

  Our family purchased the business from the Seabolt’s in 1996. We've made it our endeavor to strive for the same high quality that our customers have come to know and expect, which has been accomplished through the years. We want you to know that this high standard of choosing "wild" and "only the best" will always be our goal here at Seabolt’s. We’re so confident in this custom that we guarantee every product that goes into and out of Seabolt’s Smokehouse. If, for any reason, you aren’t completely satisfied we’ll refund your money, replace your order or somehow find a solution to make things right!

  As we continue to serve our customers, we will place in highest regard any requests for new products and ideas you may have. As I write this newsletter we're fulfilling some requests we've repeatedly received over the years. We're breaking ground for a new facility in downtown Oak Harbor on SR20 that will house our processing plant and a second retail store. Not only will you find all the products you've associated with Seabolt's, but also the "freshest seafood and fish" around with live tanks and gift items you've asked for over time. Keep the requests and suggestions coming! We appreciate your ideas and comments and welcome e-mails and letters!
